Gift to FFA will help grow program

A gift from Bob and Adrienne (Jo) Shemek will benefit the Humphrey FFA program for many years.

They directed the $5,000 they received from the America’s Farmers Grow Communities, a Bayer Fund program, to the Humphrey FFA chapter.

Robyn Graham, FFA sponsor, said the donation funds were utilized to start the FFA field project to help with starting production costs with corn production. Profits will be reinvested into the FFA field project and also saved to put toward a future greenhouse project.
