Aiden Backman broke a 39-all tie with 35 seconds remaining, and after an Easton Baumgart miss, Trevor Trimble split a pair of free throws for the final margin.
“Just some breakdowns by us and good plays by them,” head coach Joe Hesse said. “I think the bigger problem was the last 3 or 4 minutes we just stopped moving the ball and did not look very good.”
