The Humphrey City Council reorganized for 2024 during its Dec. 18 meeting.
During the reorganizational meeting, Andy Reigel was re-elected council president, and committee appointments were made.
The only change is Scott Hanis is now utility superintendent, and Mel Harper is assistant utility superintendent and in charge of Parks and grounds.
