School closures, merger appealed

It’s in the hands of the Vatican.

Jamie Sunderman is leading the charge to try and stop the closing and merger between St. Francis and Lindsay Holy Family schools and the creation of Archangels Catholic High School.

Archbishop George Lucas announced Dec. 7, 2023, “The two secondary schools will unite into a new central Catholic junior and senior high school at the current St. Francis High School site beginning next fall for the 202425 school year.”
