Rising Stars 4-H Club earns Govenor’s Ag Excellence Award

The Rising Stars 4-H Club was awarded the Governor's Agricultural Excellence Award.

This is a grant sponsored by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) is a prestigious award designed to recognize 4-H clubs for their efforts to serve their communities. Members of the Rising Stars 4-H Club focused heavily on community members in assisted living homes.

For Easter members visited Heritage by Meridian Gardens in Columbus, where they handed out eggs full of candy, and one member also dressed up in an Easter Bunny costume.
