Humphrey is getting closer to having a pool again.
The Humphrey City Council approved hiring the Humphrey Aquatic Center staff and setting hours of operation during its April 15 meeting.
Cole Wemhoff and Tessa Deets were hired as assistant managers, and lifeguards will be Tori Jarosz, Averi Gronenthal, Cayley Killham, Madalyn Bystryzynksi, Anna Stricklin, Karly Kessler, Nyla Kessler, Jayda Krings, Kali Jarosz, Braelyn Hemmer, Whitney Wegener, Carson Wegener and Emma Groteluschen.
