St. Francis competed in eight events at the State Track & Field meet Friday and Saturday at Omaha Burke Stadium.
Kali Jarosz was the lone medalist for the Flyers. The sophomore placed 6th in the long jump with a mark of 16-9.
“I think I really improved,” she said. “I knew I had to be on my game, it helped having experience from last year, so I’m not as nervous.
