Girls will be teeing it off for Humphrey High School next fall.
The Humphrey Public School Board of Education approved during its June 10 meeting offering girls golf as an NSAA sanctioned sport, starting in the fall of 2024.
“We had a group of girls who participated in golf with the boys in the spring, and they asked if there was a chance we could offer girls golf in the fall,” Superintendent Brice King said.
