Lindsay walking trail taking steps

Walks are about to get better in Lindsay.

Construction began about 1 month ago on the Lindsay Walking/ Biking Trail.

Heartland Concrete Co., of Hastings, which won the right to construct the trails with a low bid of $384,072, started work around April 29, and has dug out the first stretch of the trail around the practice football field and high school, and a culvert is being added near the Lindsay blacktop road so water doesn’t wash-out the trail.
