HPS bd. looks at lower bond issue

A second Humphrey Public School bond issue will come with a much smaller price tag.

The HPS board of education conducted a special meeting June 24 to discuss the latest designs and timing for another bond issue.

Attending were Jacob Sertich, of Wilkins Architecture Design Planning LLC, of Kearney; Matt Miller, of Hausmann Construction, of Norfolk; and Tobin Buchanan, of First National Capital Markets, of Kearney. All worked on the first bond issue.
