Humphrey’s city levy is going down for the second straight year.
The council voted Sept. 16 following its budget hearing to approve the fiscal year 2024-25 budget.
The levy is dropping from .544575 per $100 assessed value in 2023-24 to .5106 per $100 assessed value in 2024-25.
