Secretary of State Bob Evnen is encouraging Nebraskans to register to vote. Nebraska is home to 1,240,389 registered voters.
“Voting is a critical part of our democracy,” Secretary Evnen said. “Nebraskans can make their voices heard by voting in the upcoming Nov. 5 general election.”
To avoid duplicate voter registration applications, Nebraskans are encouraged to first check whether they are registered to vote in Nebraska on the state’s VoterCheck website. If they are not properly registered or their voter registration is not current, they can complete a voter registration application online. Nebraskans can also register to vote by mail, at a state agency (DMV, DHHS, Dept. of Ed.), via a deputy registrar or via a personal agent.
