A dominate defense and attack led Humphrey-Lindsay to a pair of wins over Laurel-Concord- Coleridge and Howells- Dodge Oct. 8.

The Bulldogs took down LCC 25-17, 25-22 and H-D 25-20, 2514.

“We really talked about how we have to attack that ball at the net like it’s on our side of the net, so that way they’re really pressing hard,” head coach Cami Oelsigle said. “We talked that you have to press and you have to attack, and they did come through us a couple times, but for the most part our blocks slowed up their attacks, and that was our goal. If we could slow it up, we could attack it from there.”
