City council to hire engineer, design plans
Extending water and sewer to the annexed areas of Humphrey is moving forward.
The Humphrey City Council will review and take action during its Monday, Oct. 21, meeting on a contract with Advanced Consulting Engineering Services Inc. (ACES) for the design and construction phase for water and sewer extension to the annexed areas.
