Increases in water and sewer rates are being reviewed that will be used to help finance extending services to the annexed areas of Humphrey.
The Humphrey City Council approved at the Oct. 21 meeting, reviewing rates and new bond figures.
The council will review the proposed water and sewer rates from Nebraska Rural Water Association, of Wahoo. City clerk June Went will contact Randy Hellbusch, of NRWA, for comparison of rates in other towns.
