The Archangels Defenders season came to an end here Friday night, as they fell to Central Valley 50-8.
A hint it might not be the Defenders’ night came in the first quarter. The Defenders forced a punt, but fumbled on the return, and Central Valley recovered the ball on the ACHS 28 yard line.
Five plays later Grady Kelly ran 6 yards for the score and a 6-0 lead.
