Behlen Mfg. Co., headquartered in Columbus, has signed an agreement to purchase Sweet Manufacturing Company located in Springfield, Ohio. Closing is expected to take place by the end of January 2025.
Sweet Manufacturing has been a family-owned business for over 69 years. Behlen has been in business since 1936 and has been family owned for over 40 years.
Both companies have a rich heritage of quality, service, and a commitment to bring value to all stakeholders.
