Eugene Pfeifer receives WW II Veteran recognition Medal from Gov. Jim Pillen
Eugene Pfeifer will turn 103 Friday, on Valentine’s Day, but he was the guest of honor for another reason Saturday.
The Humphrey man was honored during the Cattleman’s Ball at the Humphrey Community Center by Gov. Jim Pillen, who presented him with a special World War II Veteran Recognition Medal.
