Defenders put clamps on Bancroft-Rosalie to rally for 50-43 win in subdistrict title game

A rarely used defense and better effort on the boards turned a 9-point halftime deficit into a 50-43 D2-3 Subdistrict win over Bancroft-Rosalie here Thursday.

The two teams will lace them up again here Friday in the Class D2-6 District final. The winner heads to Lincoln for the state tournament.
