Central Valley Ag (CVA) has announced the recipients of the 2024 Customer Service Specialist (CSS) of the Year awards, recognizing employees who exemplify the cooperative’s mission and core values.
Each year, CVA accounting team collaborates with its Regional Operations Managers to select individuals who demonstrate exceptional customer service and dedication. The selection criteria focus on providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally, maintaining a positive attitude in an ever-changing environment, and supporting the sales team.
