Mail-in election April 15 will decide on 1 1/2 % increase
Ballots are being mailed this week to registered voters in Lindsay who will decide whether the village will implement a 1 1/2 percent sales tax.
Ballots were mailed Monday, according to Election Commissioner Eryn Roberts. The special election is Tuesday, April 15.
