After a successful ACHS Campus Service Day in the fall, the service committee (Tina Schumacher, Dave Stricklin, Eric Kessler, Travis Willnerd, and Tim Wiese) determined a second day of service in the spring would be good for the school.
In a shining example of school spirit and community involvement, students at Archangels Catholic High School rolled up their sleeves and got to work April 16. The event brought together students, faculty, staff, and community volunteers for a full day dedicated to deep cleaning and beautifying key areas of the campus — and lending a hand in the wider community.
Students in grades seven and eight joined high school students who were not participating in the day’s high school golf and track meets. With the faculty heading up teams of students, and one senior per team as the leader, they formed a hardworking crews.
