Flyers battle back, but fall short against Shelton

There are losses then there are saying goodbye to seniors losses.

St. Francis head coach Bryan Reichmuth struggled to find the words to describe how much his five seniors meant to him and the program following Saturday afternoon’s loss to Shelton 4843, at Lincoln Northwest High School in the Class D-2 consolation game.

The Flyers finished fourth at state with a 20-8 record.
