Embracing the differences

They laugh at the funny things they do, brag about them, talk about their accomplishments and their struggles, just like moms do when they get together and talk about their children.

The only difference is these moms are talking about their autistic children.

April is National Autistic Awareness Month, and recently a group of moms gathered to talk about how they felt when they received the diagnosis, what they have learned, and just how special their boys are.
