Better and faster Internet service is coming to the area.
Midstates Data Transport, LLC (d/b/a Stealth Broadband) has entered into an agreement with Platte County and the Loup River Public Power District to expand fiber broadband Internet to unserved (lower than 25/3Mbps speeds) and underserved (lower than 100/20Mbps speeds) areas throughout that county.
Beginning this summer, Stealth will begin engineering and the construction of a fiber optic network to serve a minimum of 194 homes in rural Platte County.
