On May 30, Lower Elkhorn NRD Board Chairman, Roger Gustafson, concluded his review of a Code of Decorum complaint lodged by NRD Board Member, Melissa Temple April 24.
The complaint centered around allegations of possible disparaging comments that were privately made by fellow NRD Board Member, Scott Clausen, against Director Temple. After carefully reviewing all information available concerning the incident, Chairman Gustafson, after consultation with the NRD Executive Board, found no violation of the Code of Decorum.
