There is no more recycling in Humphrey and Lindsay.
Greenfiber, of Norfolk, has ended its recycling program. Any businesses or entity that has purchased its recycling bin from Greenfiber is responsible for any contents in it as of the sale.
Dennis Pieper, vice president of operations for the western U.S., said it became too costly to continue the program.
