Garbage toters are coming to Humphrey.
Daryl Guthard, of Bud Sanitation in Newman Grove, requested the use of totes at the Humphrey City Council meeting Aug. 21.
He said since Greenfiber stopped accepting recycled paper materials he is picking up more garbage at an added cost to him.
