The Lindsay Village Board of Trustees announced at its Sept. 5 meeting a settlement has been reached in the lawsuit.
Kyle and Gabrielle Lindhorst, Kyle and Alex Wegener, Nicholas and Laura Wiese and Dylan Veik will split $130,000.
