The land for the Lindsay Area Wellness and Fitness Center will be annexed into the Village of Lindsay.
Board members voted to annex the 6 acres during its Sept. 5 meeting.
The land was donated by Wade and Kayla Pfeifer to Lindsay Area Development (LAD) to develop for the project.
