Diocese still looking at best options

The meetings continue with the goal of bringing St. Francis and Lindsay Holy Family together.

In its latest statement about the process, the Archdioces of Omaha said in an e-mail, “The United Leadership Team, with consultant Eva Fujan, continues to evaluate which of the options unifying grades 7-12 are truly viable. They have not yet reached a conclusion but will continue this vital discernment process about the united future of St. Francis Humphrey and Holy Family Lindsay over the next few weeks.”

Representatives from both communities continue to meet, which will result in a decision that will be presented to Archbishop George Lucas in December.
