Ken Leifeld took the oath of office Jan. 16 to join the Humphrey City Council, and Mayor Bob Preister recommended Brad Stallbaumer to fill the remaining vacancy on the board.
Council members voted unanimously to accept the recommendation, and Stallbaumer will take the oath of office at the Feb. 20 meeting.
