St. Francis may have dropped a three-set match to Clarkson-Leigh here Thursday, but head coach Susan Lindsley said she was proud of her team.

“I told them I was impressed with them,” she said. “They’ve only lost one game for a reason, they’re good. I told them they did a lot of things we’ve been working on the whole season. They had energy, they did not run away with their tail between their legs, they got blocks, they got touches, they hustled after balls. A lot of things came together.”
