The project is spearheaded by Lindsay Area Development (LAD) and received the Department of Economic Development (DED) 2023 Shovel-Ready Funding Award.
The DED announced the recipients of $70 million in grant funding for the second funding cycle of the Shovel-Ready Capital Recovery and Investment Act Program.
