Water, sewer and garbage rates are going up.
The Humphrey City Council voted during its Oct. 16 meeting to increase water and sewer rates based on the recommendation of the Nebraska Rural Water Association, of Wahoo.
The council also agreed to the request from Bud’s Sanitation, of Newman Grove, to an increase.
