City water, sewer garbage rates to be finalzied by council

The ordinance setting new water, sewer and garbage rates and the effective date will be taken up by the Humphrey City Council Monday, Nov. 20.

The meeting is 7 p.m. at the Humphrey Community Center.

The council agreed to the new rates at the October meeting, and will make the rates and starting date official.
